Never used the 6Dmk2 but the original 6D wiped the floor with the 5Dmk3 in low light conditions, in fact it pushed my 1DX for high ISO photography. Only down side is the rubbish frame rate but then I suppose that depends on what you are shooting

As above really, great lens on a FF or crop. use mine on a 70D as well as a 1DX2 and all is good with great results

Didn't quite go to that extreme, I sold a kidney and got a Canon 1dx mk2

Had 2 of these, first 1 was purchased on day of release and the focus was horrendous so that went back and I got another one, even after playing with the AFMA I was never really happy with it so I took it back.

What size lens are you gonna use on it? I use a video head on my monopod to hold the 500mm prime
